Account Closure

Deposit Rules

• The account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, notify the be345 support team with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• An identity verification process may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• In cases of suspicious transactions, be345 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — requests to withdraw via a different method are generally not approved.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available at be345, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: Completing wagers of ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 allows bonus winnings to be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and wagering must be completed within the specified time.
• In cases of bonus abuse (bonus hunting, use of multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• be345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of be345 will be considered final.
• Each individual may receive each type of bonus only once.

VIP Program

The be345 VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance through the tiers based on regular bets and deposits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Detailed rules relating to VIP benefits apply separately and may change at any time.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be345. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing via software bots, automation tools, or other artificial means.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug in a game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion, match fixing, or any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward be345 staff.
• Fraudulent transactions via credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods.

Erroneous Transaction Policy

If an incorrect amount is deposited or won as a result of a technical error, be345 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and correct the balance if necessary. Any excess funds received as a result of an error must be returned.
